On the second working day, partners from Turkey and Serbia presented their research plan. Unfortunately, due to the whole situation, Macedonia was not present at the meeting. We really missed them. Researchers from Serbia and Turkey have presented their hypotheses, work plan, certain suggestions have been proposed and adopted in order to improve the quality of research. The dynamics of the research, the evaluation lists and the description of the responsibilities of the research team were adopted. During the breaks, our hosts prepared for us their traditional breakfast and some sweets. We realized that many dishes in Turkey and Serbia have the same name but not taste, and that certain spices are represented under a similar name in all four countries. At the end of the working day, we said goodbye to our host, thanked them for their hospitality and left. Some by car and some by plane. It was an unforgettable experience.
